We think the start of your holiday should be as relaxing as possible. That’s why on so many of our holidays we offer flights from your local airport. All available departure airports for your chosen holiday will be listed on the tour page under 'Dates & Prices'.

Award-winning holiday insurance cover

Before you travel it is essential that you take out adequate holiday insurance to protect you in case of cancellation or medical emergency.

We are happy to recommend our partners Holiday Extras, winners of the Travel Weekly Globe Award for best travel insurance provider for the past eight years and underwritten by Allianz Global Assistance, the largest global assistance company in the world. We recommend a minimum of £5m medical cover and repatriation costs, as well as sufficient cancellation cover for the value of your holiday including any flight upgrades or other extras you may have added. Comprehensive policies are available to cover your needs including:

  • Standard single trip cover up to the age of 85 for those without pre-existing medical conditions.
  • Specially designed ‘Latitude’ policies for those who have pre-existing medical conditions but don’t want to be penalised with ‘top-up’ fees that competitors’ policies might demand.
  • Over-85s cover available.

Our partners are able to offer annual policies allowing those who travel more than a few times a year the opportunity to get their cover in one go, as well as specialist cruise policies covering eventualities such as missed ports.

Easy to use Visa portal

We have partnered with Sherpa, an on-line self service tool that allows customers to see up-to-date information regarding travel entry requirements for all countries and also allows you to apply for eVisas or eTAs via the on-line portal. The tool is easy to use and can be found on our Visa page 

Using the Sherpa° travel guide, you can access the latest information on entry requirements, travel restrictions, quarantine policies, visa and e-visa conditions and various health declaration forms to destinations all around the world, in one convenient virtual location.

You just need to simply enter which country you want to travel to and get information on safety regulations, border closures, quarantine requirements, travel visa and more. 

A door-to-door chauffeur service

Paying for your journey before the day also means that there is no need to worry about having cash ready - it couldn’t be easier.

Secure car parking at your airport from £3.44 per day

Park your car at a secure car park within walking distance or a short shuttle bus ride from the airport terminal. Prebooked prices start from just £3.44 per day.

Meet & greet parking from £4.61 per day

A great hassle-free way to start your holiday is to use the Meet & Greet Parking Service. Simply drop your car at the terminal door and a driver will park your car for you and meet you upon your return.

Airport hotel & parking from £33 per person

For added convenience, why not stay overnight near to the airport before you fly. A hotel room starts from just £33 per night. At some hotels you can also park your car for the duration of your holiday for an additional cost.

Airport lounges from £18.99 per person

Escape the hustle and bustle as you relax in an airport lounge. Many lounges offer unlimited complimentary refreshments, snacks and newspapers - it’s a great way to treat yourself at the start of your trip. On some holidays we include an airport lounge pass free of charge. Please note: This is not available at airports where you are taking a connecting flight.
