Make a booking

How far in advance should I book my transfer?

It is generally recommended to book your transfer close to the time of your booking being confirmed to ensure availability and peace of mind. However, we can accommodate airport transfer bookings made up to 7 days before the start of your holiday.

How do I request a quote?

If your holiday is one of the selected departures where our Airport Transfer service is available, you can complete this <> quote request form.

You’ll just need to provide a bit of information in order for us to send a quote. We’ll be in touch as soon as possible but it may take 3-5 working days.

We will automatically provide you with a quote for both your outbound and return journey. If you would prefer for it to be one way, please advise which leg of the journey it is for.

How will I know my pick up details and times?

Around 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday, we will email with details of your journey details and pick up instructions to you.

This will include all the details you need to know from our transfer partner, including pick up times and driver contact details.

It is very important that you check these details including pick up address, time and your contact details to avoid any disruption when travelling.

What happens if I amend or cancel my holiday booking?

If you cancel your entire holiday booking, this will be subject to normal Terms & Conditions.

If you are still travelling with us, but no longer wish to use the Airport Transfer Service, this can be cancelled upto 7 days prior to the start of your holiday and you will receive a full refund.

As this service is currently offered on a selected number of departures, if you amend your holiday to a departure where this service is not available, we will be unable to offer the service on your new holiday.

Arrivals & Delays

Will my driver contact me prior to picking me up from the address provided?

If you are being collected from your home address, the driver will text or call you upon arrival to let you know that they are outside & will direct you to a meeting point if required.

Where do I meet my driver when returning back to the UK?

On all return journeys, for ease and peace of mind, your booking includes a ‘Meet & Greet’ service.

Your driver will have parked his vehicle and will be at the Arrivals Hall, with a board with your name displayed.

What happens if the inbound flight is delayed?

We understand that this is completely out of your control and so to reassure you, the driver will have all of your flight details which means that they can track the flight in real time and adjust the pick up time automatically.

How do I cancel or make amendments to my booking? Including the collection times or pick-up address

If you need to make an amendment to your existing booking, please notify us of this as soon as possible so that we can relay the change to the service provider. If you need to change the pickup address, we will need to requote you.

Please note there may be an increase in cost if the new address is further from the airport, pricing will also be live and so is subject to change up until the booking is confirmed.

What if I want to arrive at the airport earlier/later than 3 hours prior?

It is recommended by airlines & airport authorities that for short haul flights (Domestic/European) you arrive at least 2 hours before your flight and for long haul (International) flights at least 3 hours prior. Your pick up time will be calculated as per these guidelines.

If you would like to arrive earlier/later than this time, please specify this at time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What happens if my flight details change?

Before the start of your holiday, if any of your flight details, including the airport, terminal or flight times change, our team will ensure that you are made aware, the service provider is updated and your booking details are amended.

What do I do if my driver is late?

You will receive your journey details & pick up instructions approximately 4 weeks prior to your departure, this will include the contact number of your assigned driver that you can call.

If your driver is delayed on your day of travel, please call the driver. You can also call our service provider on 02034 788892.

What happens if there are traffic delays on the day?

We know unexpected and unplanned traffic delays can happen. If you have concerns about this on your day of travel and have not yet been collected, you can call your driver on the contact number provided in your journey details & pick up instructions, which are sent approximately 4 weeks prior to your departure.

If you have information about pre-planned road work which could cause traffic delays, you can let us know by email enquiries@justyou.co.uk and your pick up time can be amended.

Pricing & Payments

How much will I pay?

The price is based on the length of the journey. This will be confirmed in the price quoted to you. The price paid will show on your confirmation invoice.

Airport tolls, parking and associated charges are included in the price.

If the plane is delayed, will I incur additional charges?

No, you will not incur any additional charges for a delayed flight. The driver will be tracking your flight and will automatically adjust your collection time in accordance with your new estimated time of arrival.

How do I pay for the Airport Travel Service?

When making your booking with one of our Holiday Advisors, the service will be added to your booking.

Are there extra charges for waiting time?

We ask that all customers be ready to be picked up for their journey to the airport at the designated pick up time to avoid any additional waiting time charges.

When returning back home, we ask that you proceed as quickly as possible to meet your driver to avoid any unnecessary delays.

Vehicles & Luggage

What size vehicle will I have?

Cars are booked based on the number of people travelling and to accommodate our luggage allowance.

How much luggage can I bring?

The cars booked allow space to accommodate our luggage allowance per person.

Our luggage allowance includes 1x item of checked luggage per person (maximum 20kg or 44lb), measuring up to 76cm x 58cm x 25cm (30” x 23” x 10”), plus one standard piece of hand luggage which meets the specification of the airline that you are travelling with.

These restrictions apply to all tours to manage transport but you should check your Final Documents for airline-specific rules.
